Our history
Love to Live Ibiza (formerly Real Estate IBZ) was born more than ten years ago from a deep love for the island of Ibiza and from a passion for the real estate. In our agency we guarantee full support throughout the entire buying and selling process, providing all our to our clients.

This, together with solid experience, transparency, and impeccable ethics, allows us to achieve our mission: to provide our clients with the best personalized and comprehensive real estate advice, based on quality service.
Our job
We strive to offer unique services that differentiate us from the rest. We conscientiously study each new property we add to the portfolio and make a rigorous valuation of it through a market study. We analyze the return on investment in all types of properties, very useful for a client profile that is increasingly present on the island, the investment groups.
Our goal
We are an agency with a continuous desire to grow. Since the middle of 2021, we have been immersed in a major expansion process, rebranding, closing new international commercial agreements for the marketing and promotion of our products, as well as incorporating properties in other cities into our portfolio. Moreover, when we have a property in exclusivity, we take the extra mile and take professional photos and videos, measurements, and make rendering photos in properties that need reform along with their approximate budget for a better promotion of the property. It is an investment for us, but we have had excellent results in the past.
Our office
Our new office, inaugurated at the end of April, is a true reflection of who we are and where we are headed. It is the space where we not only develop our potential, but also a place where both the entire team and our clients feel at home. We cook in our beautiful kitchen, we exhibit art, organize events and prepare the best coffee.
Our expertise
Our agency belongs to the API Association of the Balearic Islands (member nº 64) and the members of our team have extensive experience and specific training in real estate brokerage, having acquired knowledge in key fields such as urban planning and taxation law.
