Villa Vedra is a luxury designer villa with stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea and the magic rock, Es Vedra. Both the villa’s location and the décor are sublime, making it a place to return to, time and time again.

The privately situated yard features a private tennis court and offers beautiful views. It is hard to find a more beautiful view of the Es Vedra rock anywhere else, and to top it all, you can also enjoy beautiful sunsets from the swimming pool or from one of the chill-outs.

It is about a 7 minute drive to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island: Cala d’Hort. The beaches of Cala Vadella and Cala Carbo are also nearby. Ibiza town is around 30 minutes drive, and in just 20 minutes you are seated at one of the beautiful beach clubs of Cala Jondal.

The interior decoration is in family-chic style: a warm, playful and stylish décor, ensuring everyone feels right at home. The décor combines both Moroccan and Indonesian influences, the use of light tones and natural products. The various carefully selected art pieces finish it all off perfectly!

The yard is accessed through an automatic gate. There is ample parking and an enclosed private tennis court for the more energetic. Tennis rackets and tennis balls are provided.

The garden perimeter is a great place to spend some time. There are 6 luxurious sun loungers around the private swimming pool (11 x 6 metres). In addition, there are several lounge corners with loose cushions, seating areas and lounge sofas. There is an outdoor dining table for 8 people. Of course, all this is facing the sea, so none of that beautiful view need to be missed.

There is also a sheltered seating area further on, where one can enjoy a seat in the shade.

The living room has a cosy seating area with a lovely couch, next to the TV room.

There is a beautiful 10 seater dining table. The folding doors give direct access on the terrace and show the view of the sea.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with all the necessary appliances.

Your see objects of art everywhere in the villa, and it is fabulously furnished, everything in beautiful harmony.

The 1st bedroom is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200), and en-suite

bathroom. It has direct access to the terrace through the sliding door.

There is also 1 bedroom on this level which is accessible only from outside. This room has a double bed (180 x 200) and en-suite bathroom.

Stunning view Villa – First floor:

The master bedroom with its large double designer bed (180 x 220) and en-suite bathroom with bath on the sea side, is located on the first floor.

There is also a bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.
