The house is located in a quiet side street right in the centre of the old part of the vibrant capital of Ibiza: You can find trendy restaurants, clubs and boutiques in the immediate vicinity.

On the ground floor the modern kitchen is open to the generously-appointed living and dining area with an open fire and open-plan design. The floor area of the house extends over two levels: the ground floor and the gallery floor. The appealing roof terrace is located above these.
In addition to luxurious installations, the house, which is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, also has an air-conditioning system which can cool or heat the house as needed. A flight of stairs takes you from the gallery to the large roof terrace with a view over the rooftops from La Marina to the port.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an area, which can be used as a further guest bedroom, a study or a library are located on the gallery floor. The designer kitchen and the open fire in the living area ensure a cosy atmosphere. The underfloor heating throughout the house makes it even more comfortable.
